An excellent opportunity has arisen with City of York Council for an experienced Heating Services Team Leader to manage the Heating Service, whilst providing an excellent level of customer service to their tenants/clients
The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily running of the Heating Service including monitoring the performance of the Heating Team, ensuring legislative requirements are met, quality is maintained, financial expenditure is controlled and the service is focussed on the needs of its customers.
We require an experienced Heating Manager with design, estimating and contract management experience for both commercial, domestic and refurbishment projects. The role will involve the management of staff and resources and applicants should posses:-
• HNC or equivalent management qualification
• City & Guilds 6031 & City & Guilds 6032 (Advanced Craft Certificate) or equivalent
• ACS Gas Qualified
• Level 3 Certificate in Energy Efficiency for Domestic Heating
• Unvented Hot Water Qualified
• Water Regs Qualified
• Solar Heating & Heat Pump qualification
