  1. We arrive not just at houses but commerical premesis and they never have an asbestos register even though it is required by law. There is never any enforcement until the horse has bolted and always againist the small guy.

    I don’t agree with what was done but even between councils some provide bags and the product can be bagged following HSE documents and they remove and dispose of it, other drop the bags and won’t touch it leaving it for house holder to get rid of it some way.

    This whole area requires a bit of joined up thinking and action and this would be an area better policed by the enviroment police than card boxes!
