Grant UK has unveiled a new series of air source heat pump videos which are available to view on their YouTube channel. Comprising of 18 videos divided into three playlists, the videos have been developed to assist both heating engineers and end-users.
Grant UK prides itself on providing heating engineers and installers with the tools and knowledge they need to confidently work on their products out in the field. It is well recognised that the key to successful heat pump installations is planning so, to help installers, Grant UK has released a series of new video tutorials which aim to share with viewers the expertise they need to understand air source heat pump technology.
In total, eighteen videos, split into three playlists, have been released and are available to watch on the Grant UK YouTube Channel. The video content, which is presented by John Morris, one of Grant UK’s Renewable Business Development Managers, is divided into short tutorials so that viewers can either select the topics most relevant to them or they can opt to watch the playlists in full.
Playlist I | Aerona³ Heat Pump Controller
The heat pump controller playlist is the largest playlist of the three, comprising of eleven videos. These include a series of tutorials which are centred on the Aerona³ heat pump controller covering the cable connections, programming, display, settings and fault finding plus much more. These videos are a useful resource for installers of Grant heat pumps as well homeowners living with an Aerona³ as they can turn to the playlist at any time for tuition on their heat pump.
Playlist II | Set Up & Commissioning
There is also a playlist focused on the set up and commissioning of a Grant heat pump, showing the various steps involved in completing a heat pump installation. This content is purely aimed at the installing engineer and is designed to provide online support to further the understanding of the important processes which need to be followed and completed during the set up of an air source heat pump and the commissioning of the system.
Playlist III | Aerona³ Heat Pump Customer Handover
The final playlist focuses on the core topics which are covered during the handover of a heat pump system between the installing engineer and their customer so the video content is relevant to both audiences. Within this playlist, videos on the following subjects are covered: controlling the system, radiator temperature, airflow, servicing, water pressure and system water. This playlist is therefore designed to provide additional support for new heat pump owners following the installation of their Aerona³ model.
“We are very excited to share this extensive series of heat pump videos with our customers,” comments Anna Wakefield, Head of Marketing at Grant UK.
“All of the playlists provide comprehensive product support packaged up in easy-to-watch video modules. Each tutorial is clear to follow and includes useful product demonstrations to support the topic being explained. We hope this new online content will be a useful resource for installers and their end-users, once again showing how Grant is the heating specialist here to help all customers on their journey to a sustainable future with greener heating systems.”
More videos to follow…
In addition to these first eighteen videos, Grant UK is already working on some new heat pump tutorials which will join their YouTube library later this year. Heating engineers and installers are therefore encouraged to subscribe to the Grant UK YouTube Channel to be amongst the first to watch the new content when it becomes available.
