ATAG sets a new level with industry-leading 14-year warranty

ATAG has launched an industry-leading 14-year warranty on their range of high end domestic boilers as part of an ongoing commitment to produce technologically advanced heating equipment that’s built to last.

The direct to installer distribution model has seen a surge in online sales during lockdown as engineers cut out the risks of visiting a merchant to buy equipment, satisfying their customers’ needs and mitigating risk all-round, a unique selling point that no other boiler manufacturer can offer.

The new 14 year warranty includes both parts and labour when annual servicing is completed by an ATAG Service Provider (ASP), a registered Gas Safe engineer that’s been trained by ATAG on how to fit ATAG products. This demonstrates the manufacturers’ ongoing commitment to creating a pipeline of work for every ASP that is part of their network.

To unlock the extended warranty on Europe’s most efficient boilers, ASPs need to bolt on additional equipment packages when they purchase direct.

An ATAG boiler has a 10 year warranty as standard.

The additional packages are:

  • ATAG boiler + Adey Atom Filter = 11 year warranty
  • ATAG boiler + Adey Atom Filter + Water Treatment Pack (WTP) = 12 year warranty
  • ATAG boiler + Adey Atom Filter + Water Treatment Pack + One Zone controller = 14 year warranty

This bold step forward is the first in a pipeline of product and sales innovations led by new ATAG sales director David Stolton.
