InstallerSHOW is back from 28-30th September 2021. Wth the busy heating season almost upon us, visitors to the ADEY stand will be able to see first-hand how installers can identify water quality problems early on and educate their customers on the importance of taking preventative measures to protect their heating system with the sludge monster takeover.
Installers know sludge causes problems but explaining this often unseen issue to homeowners can be a tough one. On the ADEY stand, installers can expect to be taken through the journey of the homeowner in a mini-home, seeing how the problematic sludge monster moves through the system, the issues he causes, and how they can talk to their customers about how to stop him.
This will make it simpler to identify issues, answer questions from customers and make positive recommendations to remedy and prevent further issue. Installers will also be able to take a look at the brand-new homeowner information resources available to ProClub® members, all designed to help make this topic relatable to their home and make the invisible, visible.
What’s more, ADEY will be hosting a series of bite-size talks on the stand. These will include product demos of the MagnaCleanse® system flush and ADEY ProCheck® water test kit, as well as a guide to talking to homeowners about sludge, and an introduction to generating year-round income with ease. All of these are designed to help installers use the right business tools to boost business and provide best practice advice at every service, repair and install. Talks will take place throughout each day, with a timetable available on stand.
