The Duo-tec Combi HE A now has a seven-year warranty and the Platinum Combi HE A a 10-year warranty. Any Gas Safe registered installer purchasing a Duo-tec Combi HE A or a Platinum Combi HE A boiler before December 31 2013 will be eligible for a free full parts and labour warranty of seven and 10 years respectively. Due to their reliability and ease of installation, the Duo-tec Combi HE A and the Platinum Combi HE A have proved popular with installers and homeowners alike. Their ability to turn 90 per cent of fuel to heat allows for huge savings and reduced heating bills. Both models offer class-leading hot water flow rates and are available in 24kW, 28kW, 33kW and 40kW outputs in order to meet the requirements of differently sized properties. All warranties are supported by heateam, Baxi’s dedicated UK service and support division. With a nationwide network of 250 Gas Safe registered engineers, installers of Baxi products can assure homeowners that their boilers will be fully supported. Dave Cook, sales director at Baxi, commented: “Our new longer warranties are testament to the reliability and performance of both our Duo-tec Combi HE A and our Platinum Combi HE A, offering installers and consumers the reassurance they require. “In this economic climate, we are aware that consumers are looking for extra peace of mind when committing to long-term purchases. We know that our seven and 10 year guarantees will allow them to rest easy in the knowledge that their boiler will work reliably, and that we will take the utmost care to ensure the dependability of our products. “We are offering two fantastic full parts and labour warranties at no extra cost. We have also made the terms and conditions very simple and straightforward and have ensured that all Gas Safe registered installers can benefit. In addition, the homeowner will need to have the boiler serviced annually, which provides installers with an additional revenue stream.” To take advantage of Baxi’s latest warranties, it is important that boilers are registered online within 30 days of installation to ensure that the product is fully protected.
