Rob Shepherd has been announced as Consulting Editor for InstallerELECTRIC.

Rob is a well-respected journalist with a strong history in the electrical sector. Rob began his career in regional press in Cambridge before becoming a staff writer for The Mix magazine. In 1998, he joined Electrical Contracting News (ECN) and played a pivotal role in launching Network Cabling News (NCN), editing both titles for the next 11 years.
In 2009, Rob embarked on a freelance career as an editor, journalist and copywriter, working across a diverse range of media and market sectors.
He was pivotal in the launch of the InstallerELECTRIC State of the Nation Report, has hosted InstallerELECTRIC webinars with leading brands like Centiel, Hager and Vent-Axia, and hosted the dedicated InstallerELECTRIC theatre at InstallerSHOW, including sessions from Cedia, the ECA, NAPIT, NICEIC, Snap One and Voltalis.
