Tewke unveils a new lighting innovation that’s easy to install and energy smart

Tewke has created Tap, an innovative light switch that is designed to offer electrical contractors new business opportunities while helping homes adopt smart technology with ease. Tap not only delivers mood lighting at a fraction of the cost of traditional smart systems but also helps homeowners significantly reduce their energy bills.

Tap can be operated on-screen or remotely via an intuitive app and is easy to set-up. It displays real-time energy pricing, which, in conjunction with a variable energy tariff, can help households to manage their energy use more efficiently and make informed decisions that will help save significant sums on their energy bills. Tap can be used with an existing pattress box, existing light bulbs and no rewiring is required. Its patented technology even overcomes the issue of a lack of a neutral cable, making it accessible for every home.
