Free technical and business seminar from APHC and Baxi

APHC in conjunction with Baxi are holding a free evening seminar on 16 October 2014 with the aim of helping plumbing and heating professionals to understand the benefits of APHC membership, as well as providing business guidance on customer contracts and a technical presentation on the Energy Related Products Directive.
The ‘Plumbing Edge’ evening will be held at APHC offices in Solihull, B90 4SB and all professional heating and plumbing companies are welcome to attend.
The seminar will cover:
• The new legislation for the Energy Related Products (ERP) Directive, encompassing energy labelling and EcoDesign, and how this will affect installers, explained by Jon Phillips, Head of Strategic Planning – Marketing at Baxi
• Advice on customer contracts and the best ways to leverage them to protect yourself and your business, offered by Graeme Dryden, APHC Technical Services Manager
• Membership Services Team at APHC will give a frank and honest overview of the advantages and disadvantages of Certification Schemes and will look at how membership of a Trade Association can help businesses to save money and win business.
The seminar starts at 5.30pm and runs until 7.30pm with a free buffet. Free parking is available on a first come, first served basis.
