Gameweek 16

InstallerLEAGUE Final standings

What a week! A nine goal thriller and two sackings, it’s beginning to look alot like Christmas!
The first game of the weekend saw a strong Arsenal side travel to the Etihad to take on the attacking prowess of Manchester City, who are yet to lose at home. A game which was tied 1-1 at half an hour in, quickly turned into the ‘massacre of Arsenal’. The strong North London side which welcomed back Walcott into the line-up couldn’t contain the technical ability of Manchester City. It was a chance for Arsenal to make a real title contender’s statement, but they failed to show up and with Chelsea at home this weekend it could get worse.
The other big result this weekend ended up in Tottenham’s manager getting the axe. Unlike the other fixture Liverpool sure did turn up and the man of the moment Suarez made Spur’s defence look very amateurish. The whole Liverpool squad had a real drive behind them which was surprising considering Captain Marvel Stevie G was out. They beat Tottenham 5-0 which has given their fans a real sense of belief about achieving high honours this season.
So gameweek 17 approaches and all eyes will be on Arsenal v Chelsea on the Sunday. Even for the neutral, everyone will be eager to see whether the WengerBoys will be able to bounce back  from their Blue Moon humiliation.
