World Plumbing Day has been recognised for over a decade as an opportunity to reflect on the important role safe plumbing plays in sustaining health, promoting disease free sanitation and ease of day to day life.

Ideal Heating is launching a competition to find the nation’s ‘Super Plumber 2022’. How many times have you found yourself without heating or hot water and realised just how much your day to day life depends on it? The competition aims to celebrate our plumbers here in the UK by asking the nation to share stories of when a plumber has saved their day. The plumber who is crowned ‘Super Plumber 2022’  will win a selection of industry goodies.

Here’s how to nominate your super plumber and be in with the chance of winning one of five Amazon vouchers worth £50

  • Visit the form on the Ideal Heating website and enter your details along with who you’re nominating with a few short sentences on why your plumber deserves to win

  • Comment on the Ideal Heating competition post on Facebook, or Instagram with who you’re nominating and a few short sentences on why they deserve to win

Plumbers are true superheroes with many of them working around the clock to rescue us from no heating or water in our times of need. It’s time we give something back to them and they get the recognition they deserve.

Competition closes 23:59 on Friday 1st April.
