To combat the problem, the new Worcester Handy Hints guide has been unveiled to provide installers with an additional tool to use as part of their handover process with homeowners. Aimed at bringing the knowledge gap amongst end-users, the guide explores everything they need to know about heating, including advice on radiators, servicing and top tips for saving energy and reducing running costs. An extensive frequently asked questions section also provides the end-user with a first port-of-call should they ever have any technical queries. Martyn Bridges, Director of Marketing and Technical Support at Worcester, Bosch Group commented: “With installers’ schedules as busy as ever, it is important that they can give homeowners a host of tools such as our new Handy Hints guide to make the handover process as smooth as possible. Heating and hot water is so important to the comfort of homes across the UK, and this guide will help installers to go the extra mile when consulting their customers with heating and hot water advice. “We’ve timed the launch of the guide so it is available immediately, enabling installers to familiarise themselves with it now ahead of the heating season.” The guide can ordered free of charge via phone on 0330 123 9119 or by email on brochure-request@uk.bosch.com.
