HETAS has launched a helpline service designed to provide support and advice for the solid fuel and biomass heating sector.
The new initiative will be managed by Mike Harvey who joins HETAS as Installer Support Services Manager. Mike comes from a heating industry background having previously worked as an installer and then a college lecturer. Alan Young will also be dealing with enquiries from the new helpline in his role as Technical Officer for HETAS.
HETAS is the only competent persons scheme dedicated to the solid fuel and biomass industry, and their helpline will offer support on regulations, standards, efficiencies, approved products and much more.
It will be open from Monday to Thursday from 8.30am – 5.00pm, and on Fridays from 8.30am – 4.30pm on 01242 681909. Or the helpline team can be emailed anytime at [email protected].
