Waterguard, the latest in a long line of innovative and easy to use products from wetroom specialist Impey Showers, guarantees installers an easier, faster and more reliable wetroom installation.
Waterguard is a fleece membrane with a self-adhesive butyl rubber backing. Once applied there is no curing time making it possible to tile straight away. Supplied with pre-formed corners, tanking a wetroom is now a straightforward and efficient process.
Highly durable, Waterguard consists of a Copolymer based sheet that can be used with epoxy grout and solvent based sealers, which are not suitable for bitumen-based waterproofing products. Waterguard is also safe for use with 150W/m2 under floor heating systems on concrete floors and 100W/m2 on timber floors.
