With so many installer loyalty schemes and apps on the market, picking one to suit you and your needs can be difficult. Vokèra’s new Affinity scheme just made the choice easy, with its clear focus of making installers lives easier and more straight forward.
Previously launched in 2006, Affinity has been revamped to satisfy the demand from today’s installer for a loyalty programme that is easy to access, 24/7, and makes their lives easier. After extensive research around the current tools installers use and what support they were keen to receive, the new and improved Affinity enables installers to register a Vokèra boiler for warranty, register for their Affinity points and Vokera will also notify and pay the Gas Safe Register fee on the installers behalf, using just one single registration via the Vokera Affinity website or App.
Another benefit of the programme is Affinity Pro, an enhanced membership package that offers installers the opportunity to offer finance to end users for their boiler installation. Vokèra’s chosen finance partner is also a Green Deal provider, meaning, as well as having the ability to offer finance, installers can benefit from the Green Deal and its other incentives, without the burden of paperwork. This additional offer is based on a subscription package, which includes full training to use the iPad App, so users can create quotes, store all their jobs and process finance.
In essence this scheme has been redesigned by Vokèra with every effort to improve and support the work of installers in the UK, simplifying their working processes and giving them the opportunity to improve their working environment.
Pre-registration for this brilliant new scheme is open now, ready for the launch in October 2014. Installers already on the Affinity scheme will be automatically transferred to the new Affinity, so if you are already a member you can enjoy the new benefits as soon as they begin in October.
