As part of Flogas’ ongoing commitment to providing an accessible and convenient service to customers on-the-go, the LPG supplier is delighted to announce a further investment with a brand new mobile phone app, which allows the user to locate stockists in their local vicinity.
The innovative app, which is available to both Android and iPhone users, allows the user to search for local gas cylinder stockists and autogas outlets by postcode, by county or simply by clicking ‘find stockists near me’.
Chris Aston, Marketing Manager at Flogas, explains:
“At Flogas, we are continually looking for new ways in which we can increase customer connections through our digital offering. This new app revolutionises the way in which our busy customers can communicate with stockists, with real-time updates at the touch of a button.”
The launch of this app follows the success of Flogas’ Facebook page and Twitter account, both of which were launched last year to help keep users up to date with the latest industry news, employment vacancies and special offers.
Chris continues: “Once the customer has conducted their search using the app, the results will be displayed either on a map or as a list. For each outlet the search returns, various information is available including the full address with directions, telephone number, opening times and a list of cylinders available.”
For additional convenience, the new app also allows the customer to create a list of their most relevant local stockists in a ‘favourites’ section.
