New spares service for AKW showers
AKW has partnered with National Shower Spares to introduce the first out-of-warranty electromechanical spares service for its showers and shower pumps.  AKW reports that this new service will help extend its customer service offering and provide a fast and easy service for the trade.
National Shower Spares is the UK’s leading distributor of showers, shower spares and accessories.  Paul Tingey, AKW’s Director of Customer Support Services, says:  “Until now, we haven’t had the facility to supply out-of-warranty spares from our own warehouse so this partnership with National Shower Spares will help fulfill our customers requirements and extend the service life of our products beyond the warranty period.  Often we are talking about small items, like hoses or non-return valves that, over time, become subject to wear and by being able to provide a spares service for such items, we can extend the support services available to our customers.  National Shower Spares is a well-known and respected name in the trade and we are now able to extend their experience and expertise to our customers.”
A full range of spares for AKW’s Luda® shower range, plus all of their discontinued shower pumps, are now available exclusively through National Shower Spares.  Orders placed before 3.30pm, Monday to Friday, will be despatched for next-day delivery, with all listed spares being held in stock.  In addition, National Shower Spares offers the support of a fully-trained technical team who can help diagnose problems and identify the part needed.
