Resideo will use elementalLONDON 2026 to unveil its new large linear actuator range to the UK market, giving commercial HVAC consultants, specifiers and contractors flexibility when designing and delivering building control systems.
Exhibiting on stand E220 at ExCeL London on 25-26 November, Resideo will showcase the full range of new generation large linear actuators, engineered to simplify product selection, support improved application flexibility and designed to deliver precise valve control* across a wide range of commercial heating and cooling systems.

Available in 500 N, 600 N and 1800 N variants, the large linear actuator range has been developed to support a broad selection of Resideo linear valves and commercial HVAC applications. Different strokes, supply voltages and control options provide a range of options to help specifiers to select an actuator suited to each system. Adjustable running times, configurable characteristic curves and a choice of control and power options enable specifiers to tailor actuator performance to project requirements.
At the heart of the range is a microprocessor-based control to support precise valve positioning. A modular design allows selected models to replace multiple products from previous portfolios and helps to streamline specification complexity and procurement requirements.
The range has been engineered for applications including air handling units, heat interface units, heat exchange stations, and mixing and injection circuits. For selected models, available accessories include auxiliary switching, feedback and control options, and an energy module that can move the actuator to a predefined emergency position in the event of a power failure.
