This week TrustMark, the government endorsed quality scheme for home improvements, begins its search for a new Chief Executive Officer to lead the business into its next chapter.
The incumbent CEO, Simon Ayers MBE, has decided to retire from the business, after 11 amazing years at the helm of TrustMark.
Beginning the search now provides ample time for a thorough recruitment process and an orderly transition during a period of great change and reform within the sector.
The search is being handled by specialist recruitment agency, Recruitment Revolution.

His are big shoes to fill, so starting our search now gives us time to ensure a robust process to find the right person. The new CEO will need to deal with the new challenges our sector faces and lead TrustMark in its support of reforming protection for consumers, leading to better outcomes.”
