The plumbing and heating YouTuber will be going up against four other finalists in the Best Video Content category, including: Sarah Akwisombe The Topless Baker Tess Ward Zoella Plumberparts concentrates on “Honest Reviews and Advice” and has a dedicated website and social media accounts for anything plumbing related. The YouTube channel has over 66,000 subscribers and 18.5 million views, with training and how-to videos for heating and plumbing engineers, and apprentices. “I’m excited but also bricking it,” said James Lawrence, founder of Plumberparts. “It’s a big deal to be nominated for this top award, and I’m up against some really tough competition. “When I started this 7 years ago I never thought it would grow so much. It’s been great interacting with other plumbers, so it’d be awesome to win this for our industry. The announcement will be made on 28 September as part of KBB Digicon 2017 at the De Vere Grand Connaught Rooms in London. James will also be giving a presentation with tips about how brands can use video to stick out on congested timelines at 10am on the day.
