Sentinel has taken a step to support installers in the UK with the launch of a new tool designed to help build, professionalise and boost their service offering, which also incorporates the company’s first ever loyalty scheme.
The FREE portal includes service plans, an integrated loyalty scheme, preferential pricing and product finder as well as access to Sentinel’s industry-renowned technical support network and material.
Described as a ‘digital tool belt’, users can add customers to service plans and tailor them to suit their customers’ needs and requirements, with tiered service levels and optional extras, allowing installers to offer a wide range of service options, which can be finely tuned on a customer-to-customer basis, ensuring the plans work for both customer and installer.
Setting up a service plan allows a customer to pay by direct debit; spreading the cost of a service over a year and keep the installer’s income regular. Documentation is personalised, strengthening the bond between installer and customer, increasing the chances of repeat business and stronger, longer relationships.
Loyalty benefits are available within the scheme, where points from Sentinel products can be cashed in for items. Rewards in the portal go above and beyond usual loyalty schemes, with items such as Sentinel product being offered, for a further revenue and sell on possibility; premium brand workwear as well as non-work related items such as online vouchers. Prizes for those installers with the most points are also available, and 2 of these prizes are up for grabs, split by region, offering more chances to win!
The benefits don’t stop there…signing up to ServiceBoost also includes access to preferential pricing and a Sentinel ‘product finder’ to help installers locate products in their area, with up to date stock information.
A multitude of training, marketing and technical resources, that Sentinel are renowned for, is also included within the portal, as another way of helping installers make their day to work easier. From videos to charts, Whether helping upsell or to promote their service offer, ServiceBoost exists to help installers out.
Setup and use of the scheme is FREE, with no subscription costs.
The incoming Part L changes, mandating water treatment, mean this is an ideal opportunity to get involved with upsell of water treatment and ServiceBoost provides the tools to maximise time on site and increase revenue.
Easy access from smartphones, tablets and laptops/computers make the portal truly accessible, as well as simplified addition of points to a user’s account.
