Trade Skills 4U 4 Steps Programme for reskilling in the electrical industry

Trade Skills 4U has created the 4 Steps Programme, said to mirror the traditional electrical apprenticeship route but for adult learners and career changers, which it says  is the ideal route for reskilling in the electrical industry.

The 4 Steps Electrical Course programme is said to be the ideal entry route for prospective electricians, designed to provide the relevant training needed to prepare electricians for the real world.

If you are already employed in the electrical industry and/or if you find an employer, Trade Skills 4U can flip you to a funded Electrical Apprenticeship instead.

The company has a range of courses for experienced existing electricians including:

Suitable for electricians with over 5 years of experience who have not completed an industry apprenticeship or equivalent Level 3 NVQ. The course can be completed remotely,  with experienced teaching team supervision.

There is a 250,000 gap expected in the UK EV infrastructure. Electricians can upskill as an EV Charging Point Installer and take advantage of the growing demand. EV Courses are available online and in-centre.
