Leading manufacturer of water pumps and pump systems, Wilo UK, has announced the launch of a new cold-water booster set, the ‘Wilo-Centrum’ – created specifically for the UK market.
Wilo UK, part of the Wilo Group, is a leading premium provider of pumps and pump systems for building services, water management and industry, using smart solutions that bring together people, products and services.
On 9 November 2020, Wilo UK launched the ‘Wilo-Centrum’ a range of 1, 2 and 3 cold water booster sets for drinking water pressure boosting.
Designed specifically for the UK market, the product is UK drinking water regulation compliant and was created to provide customers with a complete range of options. The new product compliments and expands the current Wilo booster set product range, allowing for advanced technology and capability depending on customers’ needs and application.
Designed for light commercial applications, the competitively priced ‘Wilo-Centrum’ features; Wilo Helix high efficiency pumps, full variable speed control, small booster set footprint and easy set up capabilities.
The name of the highly anticipated product was decided through an internal competition, with Wilo employees voting to choose the winning name ‘Wilo-Centrum’ after the location of Wilo UK’s headquarters at Centrum One Hundred in Burton-Upon-Trent, Staffordshire.
Thanks to the Wilo-Centrum being manufactured in the UK, it means Wilo is able guarantee available stock to meet short lead time requirements and emergency replacements.
